Team Vipodha Foundation under its flagship PROJECT SAMYAK held legal aid and awareness drive during 16 Oct 2024- 29 Oct 2024 where a dedicated team of 4 advocates intearacted with people across all age groups and made them aware of their legal rights including India’s pioneer NATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITIES ACT which aims at providing free legal services to the poor strata of the society. More than 800 people turned up and registered and discussed their cases and problems with the team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advocates ably counselled the visitors and people were happy after knowing about their rights and various policy initiatives of the government. The queries of people ranged from not being able to get their kids admitted in schools due to lack of funds to not getting proper legal support due to absence of awarness of their rights. The advocates spread light on facets of working of India’s flagship laws like RIGHT TO EDUCATION & RIGHT TO INFORMATION. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vipodha Foundation takes pride in accomplishment of acts of giving back to the society in as little capacity as we are able to do now. We are hopeful that our actions would certainly bring small changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
